Twisted Kingdoms

I miss this place more than I feel is healthy. Still haven't managed to find a place to RP that even compares to Twisted Kingdoms in it's heyday. Is Roleplay in general a dying thing?

It's been a while since I played on TK, but it was one of the most creative places around. The community was very friendly, the RP was fun, and the setting was truly evocative.

If people would like to get together again, there's a place called GATEWAY MU* that offers space to make mini-mucks, limited to 10 rooms. Not much, but at least something.

Ah the memories... This is Matt by the way. There weren't many, but I still tried to log on at least once a month. I'll miss the fun I had here. Wish I could of been around more, but life sort of decided to get in the way as it is wont to do.

I was watching Labyrinth and it reminded me of the muck, upon logging on I discovered the lack of muck... I was saddened. Hopefully you remember me, if not, well it is what it is. Either way, good luck and god speed.

I cannot believe that TK has gone. No discussion, no warning, just disappearing.

I am really sad to hear this. I haven't been in the mood to RP for ages and I tried to hold on there right until the very end. I hope that one day we can resurrect TK, or at the very least another site. There's quite a few people from TK that I miss, and I have to admit I made quite a few friends. The year or so that I managed to spend there was quite enjoyable and opened me up to a place where I could explore my chars more, while discovering a few things about myself on the way.

So it's quite depressing for me to see yet another site that I liked die. I hope that sometime in the near-future that someone will want to restart the site. And I'll hopefully able to join. I've had a difficult few months, and one of the handful of online haunts that I had have disappeared.

Hi guys.

I know I haven't been in around in a long while. I'm Kyrel, from TK.  I've been nosing around, trying to see if any of the other players are still around. TK was a great MUCK, and had a really great pbase. Iluna, I know you'd said you don't have the time to sit around and monitor the server, but if there's any way I could help, I'd like to. I already lost one MUD this year, and if I have any say on it, I'd like to see if we can bring back this one.

I know it's a long shot, but yeah.
